Hi, I’m Harry!
I qualified as Personal Trainer back in 2011 and ever since have coached hundreds of clients to find movement freedom. I am the owner of TAGFIT, the leading personal training business in the North East, I also love having a laugh with my clients along the way.
and I’m Lisa!
I am a registered Nutrition Therapist working with clients to find food freedom. Combining my vast range of education and knowledge I work with men and women to navigate their eating habits despite common problems such as, food intolerances, sensitivities and digestive conditions.
We have both come together to provide you with a clear direction to your nutrition. We understand there is a huge amount of misleading information out there, and it can be so confusing.
Together we have made a simple business model, combining easy-to-learn tools to add into your life along with personalised coaching helping you to feel supported and stay accountable.
Eating well shouldn’t over take being a parent or running a successful business, but we understand that each of us have individual needs and relationships with food, which is our mission so you can live your life to the fullest!
